CLUBHOUSE

The luxurious 5,000 square foot clubhouse includes a professionally equipped kitchen with Viking ranges and Sub Zero refrigerators to compliment any caterer servicing your parties. The custom-crafted English style pub and grand stone fireplace provide the perfect backdrop for large get-togethers or just kicking back with a few friends to catch the big games on the state-of-the-art projection TV.

The clubhouse overlooks a beautifully landscaped terraced patio and a 4,000 square foot zero depth pool. Just steps away enjoy the “Cottage Ruins” barbeque and campfire pit.  Nearby, you may choose to take part in a game of bocce ball or volleyball or perhaps you’ll take an evening stroll through the estate grounds and nature.

BOAT FLEET

The boats are included, there is no need to buy, maintain, and depreciate your own. There are ten luxury boats to choose from, six Cobalt bowriders, two Cobalt pontoons, a Master Craftski boat, a fishing boat and four Yamaha Wave Runners.  Bring the family and friends together on the pristine shores of Geneva Lake and the Club dockstaff will ensure that your boat is ready and waiting at the exclusive South Shore Club marina. 

The lakefront marina allows each owner to use any one of the fleet of boats that are owned by the Club at his or her own discretion.  Just reserve your boat online or by calling the dock and it will ready for you cleaned, fueled and ready to go.  You can also have your skis, tube and other water sports gear waiting for you in the boat of your choice.  Pick up any life jackets you need at the dock and jump on one of the four wave runners, or if you want to take it easy try one of the paddle boards or kayaks.
